Precious Moments | Couture Creations

#kerriegurney #couturecreationsaus

Hi everyone, Kerrie here with a layout for Couture Creations using the just released Perfectly Petite Doilies dies ..these dies are super cute and perfect for cardmakers and scrapbookers

I have kept this layout fairly simple,  I really wanted these beautiful photos of my Brother, Sister in Law, my Niece and her new hubby to shine as this was such a precious moment and memory for our family.

I have used a piece of patterned paper from the Christmas Emporium Paper Pad as the base of the page, showing you all what a versatile collection the Christmas Emporium is with this subtle blue piece of patterned paper perfect for this layout.
I trimmed this piece down to 30cm x 30cm and adhered it to a piece of Core'dinations Chocolate Box cardstock

To start I die cut 2 of each of the Autumn Wreath, Victoria and Florence dies from the Perfectly Petite Doilies collection from blue cardstock

I then cut them all in half to create 12 pieces

next up i prepared my Couture Creations paper flowers, by plucking the center from the Cottage Pollen Flowers

I then gave them all a little fleck of colour by flicking some brown spray over them all

add some layers to the base paper with some torn pieces of cardstock,

I have embossed the blue piece using the Random Daises embossing folder

tuck the doily halves under the bigger piece of  torn cardstock

I have used Core'dinations Chocolate Box Cardstock which has the brown colour ontop and blue core and back which when torn gives you that contrasting coloured edge

Finish off with some 3mm Pearls and an Imaginarium Designs Chipboard Title

TIP; if you would like your embossed piece to stand out ink lightly over the embossed piece using a sponge dauber
